Therapeutic yoga is different than a yoga class. You don't need to know yoga to benefit from it and each session is tailored to your specific needs and meets you exactly where you are at. A therapeutic yoga session will begin with a discussion about what your current needs and hopes are, whether physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or a combination, and will explore a plan to facilitate your unique healing process. Each session is designed to benefit the uniqueness of each person and their individualized needs and can include somatic therapy, talk therapy, touch, yoga, and other healing modalities to deepen and enrich experience.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy.
