Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Tuesdays, 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm and Fridays, 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

A gentle and healing yoga class suitable for all levels.  Yin yoga poses help to stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body.  Restorative yoga helps clam and reset the entire nervous system.  Yoga poses that are traditionally done standing are brought to the floor.  You are supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks that allow you to hold the pose for an extended amount of time to open your body, find gentle stretching and release held tensions.  Visualization, sound healing, chakra balancing, body sensing/scanning, energetic touch, mindfulness, candles and essential oils are used to help enhance and deepen experience.

Sundays, 9:00 am - 10:00 am

A gentle yoga suitable for all levels.  Integrating physical postures, breathing techniques and mindfulness to decrease stress, increase mental clarity and bring harmony.  

All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

A class designed as an introduction to the flowing method of yoga in which poses are linked together using the breath and continuous movement. This class is a little slower paced than traditional Vinyasa Flow classes so there can be a focus on clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Additionally, a chakra of the day will be introduced and supported in each class by specific poses, respective aromas and color imagery. Chakras are the vital, life-force energy centers of the body. When your Chakras are balanced and in harmony with one another, your energy will flow smoothly, inviting more calmness and inner peace into your life. Come to learn, play and raise your heart rate in a supportive environment.   

Rest Deeply - Restorative and Yoga Nidra

Thursdays, 7:15 pm - 8:30 pm

A gentle and healing yoga class suitable for all levels.  Restorative yoga helps clam and reset the entire nervous system.  Yoga poses that are traditionally done standing are brought to the floor.  You are supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks that allow you to hold the pose for an extended amount of time to open your body, find gentle stretching and release held tensions.  Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that has the power to transform, heel and rejuvenate you at your core levels.  Through the use of body sensing / scanning, breath awareness, guided imagery, visualization and other practices, you are systematically guided on a journey through your whole being.  Yoga Nidra switches you out of the fight or flight mode and into the relaxation response - your body's natural healing space - where revitalization and rejuvenation naturally occur.
